Let us take the stress out of your wedding day!

We understand that many couples simply don't want to deal with the State of Alabama's legal paperwork. It can be overwhelming. 

Perhaps a wedding ceremony may not be right for you, your wedding planner or officiant can't help with the paperwork or you may not have access to a computer or printer. 

Maybe you just hate filling out forms!    

In an ideal world, you and your fiance would be able to just sign the completed documents at your location and relax knowing that they are legal, accurate and complete. That is what we do!   

WE HANDLE IT ALL AND MAKE IT STRESS FREE!    

We will gladly meet you somewhere in the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Ft. Morgan or Foley area with your paperwork already downloaded, filled out, printed and ready for your signatures. 

We will obtain the money orders, pay the legal fees ($73), notarize your signatures and file your marriage certificate in Baldwin County, ensuring you will receive an accurate certified copy necessary for all your legal needs.     

After we obtain the required information from you via email or text, we meet you at your location and in five minutes your Alabama Marriage license and documents are complete.

This package includes the Notary Public fee! 

Total Cost: $160

(This includes the required $73 State of Alabama and $50 traveling notary fee.)  

We come to you 7 days a week!

If you have chosen to handle your paperwork yourself and just need a Notary, both Steve and Bev are Notaries Public who can notarize your Alabama marriage certificate the day of your wedding. 

The legal date of your marriage is the date your certificate is notarized regardless of your wedding ceremony date.    

We are happy to come to each of you separately for your signatures so that you don't have to see one another before the wedding!    

We will be happy to come to your location (even on the beach!) in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Foley area and notarize your document any day, including Saturday or Sunday.     

As of May 18, 2022, the law specifies that ONLY Notaries Public of Alabama may notarize Alabama Marriage Certificates. This means the Alabama Marriage Certificate can only be validated within the borders of the State of Alabama.
